The role focuses on evidence-based prevention and treatment, staff development, and advancing patient outcomes through standardized practices and strong partnerships with the Wound Medical Director and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CWOCN/CWCN Nursing Education Program (wound scope, minimum).
• Master's Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate wound care plans; provide staff guidance and consultation.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Lead education programs and ensure evidence-based wound care practices.
