Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN/LVN) to take ownership of our wound care program and improve resident outcomes in a skilled nursing setting.

This full-time role offers a stable schedule, supportive clinical leadership, and opportunities to lead wound care practices, develop care plans, document treatments, and mentor staff while aligning with state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (Missouri).
• At least 1 year of wound care or long-term care experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound and skin assessments.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized wound care plans.
• Administer treatments and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
• Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans with physicians.
• Lead prevention programs and educate staff on best practices.
