Qualifications

• BSN required and NH Registered Nurse license.
• Wound care and ostomy certifications required.
• 3–5 years of related nursing experience; inpatient wound care preferred.
• Flexible schedule: Mon-Fri with occasional off-shift collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized wound, ostomy, and continence care through assessment and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, APNs, and nursing staff to develop and document individualized care plans.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and staff on wound prevention and ostomy management.
• Support quality initiatives through wound surveillance and accurate documentation.
