Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation with specific populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders including clinical team members, patient support system, and equipment vendors.
• Direct patient-care experience including assisting the Upper Extremity Recovery Specialist during hands-on treatment interventions focused on intensity and repetition with the impaired arm/arms.
• Desire to perform technical skills such as using technology during patient care to help patients address their arm impairments.
• Mine data from patient charts to track outcomes and progress as well as support supplemental programs.
• Desire a self-starter and problem-solver who is eager to improve processes as needed.
