Blessing Health in Quincy, IL seeks a Non-exempt CNA aide responsible for transporting patients between clinical areas and ER, cleaning and restocking supplies, and supporting equipment regulation and management.
Responsibilities include serving patients from child to geriatric across the care continuum, adhering to the hospital mission and core values, and participating in performance improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.
PAY RATE: $15.50 - $20.25
BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE + $2.00 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL WHEN APPLICABLE
This position is responsible to provide transporting of patients between clinical areas and emergency department. Cleaning and restocking of supplies, and various other duties to support the hospital including by not limited to equipment regulation and collection of equipment. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including child through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.
