Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Lakeway, TX is seeking a Full Time Therapy Aide/Therapy Tech for inpatient rehabilitation. You will support therapists by providing direct patient care, transfers, and transportation to therapy sessions.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm with a starting wage of $18–$24 per hour based on experience. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO/EID, a 401(k) with company match, disability coverage, and family leave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One or more years of healthcare experience as a rehab aide is preferred.
• BLS certification required or to be completed within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Transferring patients and assisting with movement to and from therapy areas.
• Transports patients to/from therapy sessions and assists with positioning and equipment.
• Maintains infection control standards and cleans/disinfects therapy equipment.
• Performs basic clerical duties and supports therapy staff as needed.
• Ensures equipment and supplies are stocked and reports maintenance needs.

Education
