Job summary

Quail Run Hospital in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Inpatient Therapist Per Diem to support its inpatient programs for adolescents, adults, and seniors. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care within a multi-disciplinary team.

The Therapist will plan and implement services, define treatment goals, and provide continuous patient care, observation, and role modeling to patients, contributing to recovery pathways and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in relevant mental health field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health.
• Master’s Level Licensure from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health in area of specialty preferred.
• Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement services for the assigned program, defining and pursuing treatment goals as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Provide continuous patient care, observation, interaction, and role modeling to patients.

Education

Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Professional Counseling

Master’s Level Licensure from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health

Quail Run Hospital is a 102-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona. Quail Run features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average, over 10,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Quail Run Behavioral Health.

Summary:

The Therapist is responsible for planning and implementing services for assigned program, which involves defining, and implementing treatment goals as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and providing continuous patient care, observation, interaction, and role modeling to patients.
