Job summary

Quail Run Hospital in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Inpatient Therapist Per Diem to join a multidisciplinary team providing care across adolescent, adult, and senior units. The therapist will plan and implement services, set treatment goals, and model professional care within the program.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Professional Counseling, at least 2 years in mental health, and preferred Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance or

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Professional Counseling.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health.
• Arizona Board of Behavioral Health license preferred.
• Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement services for the assigned program, defining and implementing treatment goals as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide continuous patient care, observation, interaction and role modeling to patients.

Quail Run Hospital is a 102-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona. Quail Run features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average, over 10,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Quail Run Behavioral Health.

Summary:

The Therapist is responsible for planning and implementing services for assigned program, which involves defining, and implementing treatment goals as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and providing continuous patient care, observation, interaction, and role modeling to patients.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Professional Counseling.
