Role Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients about psychological, emotional, or substance abuse issues.
• Participate actively in treatment planning.
• Provide family counseling sessions to ensure proper communication and involvement of family members and support groups.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and referral sources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or relevant licensure as required by the state.
• Experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• Current unencumbered clinical license as per state guidelines.
• CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment.
