Responsibilities

Foundations Behavioral Health is hiring a Primary Therapist to work on the Inpatient program at our Doylestown, PA campus. This is an onsite position, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with one weekend per month required. It offers full-time benefits and competitive pay!

This position is eligible for a $5,000 commitment bonus!

Therapist Responsibilities:

• Provides therapeutic services utilizing behavior-based interventions to children and adolescents through individual, family, and group modalities.
• Performs biopsychosocial and behavioral assessments to develop a comprehensive understanding of treatment needs and to aid in creating and implementing a multidisciplinary treatment plan that results in positive outcomes for patients.
• Works collaboratively with youth and their families to effectively promote positive behavior change.
• Develops a discharge plan with the child and family, including aftercare services in the community to provide continued support post-discharge.

Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health treatment and academic excellence to children, adolescents, and young adults, many with diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder or other neurodiversities. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Completion of a supervised clinical experience, preferably as part of the degree program, totaling at least 200 hours.
• Experience with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Developmental Disabilities is preferred.
