Athra Systems is seeking an experienced psychiatrist to join our inpatient team in North Carolina. You will deliver comprehensive psychiatric care, including evaluations, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatments, in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities include prescribing medications, providing psychotherapy, and collaborating with psychologists and social workers to craft individualized treatment plans. Excellent communication and ongoing education are essential.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree required.
• Residency in Psychiatry completed.
• Active North Carolina medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Active North Carolina DEA license or ability to obtain one.

Aufgaben

• Conduct inpatient psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications as needed.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling as part of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychologists, social workers and other clinicians.
