Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Cares for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Responsible for planning and coordination of care, patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Functions within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined by state rules and licensure.
• Keep current with the Code of Ethics for Nurses and Standards of Practice.
