You will modify care plans based on data, apply evidence-based practice, and collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. The CAPE program supports clinical advancement and credentialing.

Formación

• Current RN license and eligibility to practice in the state.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum one year of registered nursing experience.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Modifies patient care plans based on data collection and patient needs.
• Uses evidence-based practice to provide patient care.
• Delegates according to scope of practice.
• Verifies the plan of care with interprofessional colleagues, patient, and caregiver(s).
• Provides education based on learning needs and family involvement.
