Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Staffing Office professional for the Troy Hospital location. You will manage inpatient nursing staffing, update ANSOS sheets, and cover daily staffing needs while monitoring call-ins and payroll changes.

The role requires attention to staffing matrices and collaboration with the float pool and hospital units. Regular day shifts with a 40-hour work week are offered at this site.

Qualifications

• 2 years of staffing and scheduling experience preferred.
• Scheduling experience with ANSOS or equivalent staffing system preferred.
• Working knowledge of ANSOS, Kronos, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and effective staffing levels for all inpatient nursing.
• Create and update the daily staffing sheets in ANSOS.
• Cover daily staffing needs for inpatient nursing.
• Monitor employee call-ins.
• Record all staffing changes to ANSOS for payroll.
• Assign Contingent/Temp staff and Outside personnel to units as needed.
• Ensure staffing aligns with matrix requirements.
