Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language challenges in a supportive team environment.

We require state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a master's degree (or Bachelor’s with field experience); we offer day-one benefits, professional growth, and a nationwide leader in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required (ASHA) or in process.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
