Job summary

Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders. You will consult with families, collaborate with care teams, and advance evidence-based practices to deliver patient-centered care.

The role requires a Master’s in Communication Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure eligibility, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Communication Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current temporary, provisional, or limited licensure as applicable to state of practice.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled clinical services using standard of care, evidence and outcomes-based practices with appropriate goals, duration, and intensity of service.
• Comply with documentation, billing, and working hours requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with peers, patients, families, caregivers and stakeholders.
