Northshore Home Health Care is seeking an Inpatient Speech Pathologist to join our acute care team on a part-time basis. You will assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in an acute care setting.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, and case managers to optimize outcomes, document progress in the electronic health record, and support safe discharge planning and education for patients

Inpatient Speech Pathologist (Part-Time)

Assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evidence-based evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy, including bedside and treatment area services.
• Document assessments and treatment progress in the electronic health record.
