Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments of patients and families, addressing social, emotional, interpersonal, and environmental issues.
• Collaborate with other professionals to evaluate patients’ medical/physical condition and assess client needs as part of the interdisciplinary team.
