• Minimum one year inpatient or outpatient behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling to patients and families.
• Provide information and referral; arrange referrals for financial assistance and supportive services.
• Coordinate discharge planning and complete necessary documentation during admission to length of stay.
