Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Current licensure in state of practice.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing.
• Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and staff meetings.
• Promote continuous improvement and adherence to Intermountain standards.
