Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Current BLS for healthcare providers.
• Active state licensure to practice.
• ASHA CCC preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled clinical services with evidence-based practices, including goal setting and progress tracking.
• Maintain compliant documentation, billing, and work hour records as required.
• Communicate effectively with peers, patients, families, and caregivers across care teams.
• Mentor and supervise students and new hires as needed.
• Participate in interdepartmental meetings and professional groups to improve care.
