Job summary

Southern NH Medical Center, a 188-bed acute care hospital and Level III trauma center, is seeking an Inpatient Scheduling Coordinator - Clinical Support Analyst. This on-site role supports staffing, scheduling, and data management across departments in the SolutionHealth system serving the Greater Nashua area.

The position requires at least five years of clerical/administrative experience in a healthcare setting, a high school diploma or higher, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of clerical/administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the schedule for all staff in designated departments.
• Collaborate with managers to cover unanticipated staffing needs.
• Track completion of staff competencies in assigned areas.
• Support data management and administrative functions for designated departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
