Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Trauma Medical Surgical Unit. The 32-bed unit cares for adult medical and surgical trauma patients and supports new grads in building a foundation in a high-energy environment.

The RN will coordinate care, perform assessments, educate patients and families, and work with a team to provide safe, high-quality care. Sign-on bonus is available to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
