Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification for Charge Nurses must be AHA approved within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct and supervise care.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning and teaching.
• Assist with interdisciplinary care planning and community resource access.
• May perform duties as Charge Nurse as needed.
