Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Golden is seeking a Charge RN for our 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit in Golden, CO. This full-time role involves a 3×12-hour shift schedule and rotating weekend days.

You will lead the nursing team, coordinate patient care, and serve as a clinical resource while supporting patients toward greater independence and a return home. The ideal candidate will have a Colorado RN license, BLS, ACLS for Charge RN roles, and inpatient med-surg experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification required for Charge RN positions.
• At least 1 year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Charge RN, you'll provide hands-on patient care while supporting the nursing team, coordinating patient care, and serving as a clinical resource for staff.
• Our inpatient rehabilitation environment supports relationships with patients as they progress toward independence and return home.
