You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, administer treatments and medications, and coordinate patient education and discharge planning with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Specialty Training Program in Nursing completed.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and safety standards.
