You will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality outcomes. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered interactions, ongoing learning, and participation in safety programs and unit decisions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required).
• Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and respond effectively to patient needs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Formulate and execute care plans, including discharge planning and education.
• Provide direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care accordingly.
