Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Danville, PA is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced, advanced acute care unit.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing activities; coordinate care with physicians and staff; deliver treatments and meds; address holistic patient needs; participate in quality and safety initiatives; and contribute to a supportive, learning-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and ancillary staff.
• Deliver direct patient care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
• Troubleshoot equipment and contribute to unit decision-making.
• Promote patient safety, satisfaction, and compassionate care.
