Job summary

UHC United Hospital Center in the United States is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide inpatient care using the nursing process, with accountability for quality patient outcomes.

The RN must hold an active license and BLS certification, with at least one year of nursing experience. You will modify care plans, apply evidence-based practice, delegate, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the interprofessional team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license as required by state or eNLC.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Modify patient’s plan of care based on data collection and patient needs.
• Use Evidence-Based Practice to provide patient care.
• Delegate according to scope of practice.
• Verify the plan of care with interprofessional colleagues, patient, and caregiver(s).
