Qualifications

• Less than 12 months of RN experience.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process and patient assessment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with the nursing process and patient care plans.
• Document accurately and maintain legible handoffs and care coordination.
• Assess patient data to identify individualized care needs and priorities.
• Educate patients and families using age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Demonstrate evidence-based practice in daily nursing care.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to ensure safe, quality outcomes.
