United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV seeks an RN (Level I) to deliver nursing care using the nursing process in an inpatient setting. You will assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and collaborate with the care team to achieve quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, family education, and safe, ethical care. Candidates should hold an active RN license (eNLC compatible) and pursue BLS within 30 days; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.
• One year of registered nursing experience.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Modifies patient’s plan of care based on data collection and patient’s individual needs.
• Uses Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) to provide patient care.
• Delegates according to scope of practice.
• Verifies the plan of care with interprofessional colleagues, patient, and caregiver(s).
• Provides education based on learning needs and involvement of family.
• Promotes effective communication among interprofessional team members & healthcare consumers.
