The ideal candidate holds a BSN and IL RN license with BLS certification and strong interpersonal and analytical skills to coordinate care and improve patient

Qualifications

• BSN and IL RN licensure are required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data, identify outcomes, and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Direct care and determine appropriate utilization of any assistants involved in direct patient care.
• Collaborate with patient, family, physicians and staff; document care plans and communications.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, and unit projects.
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Use current evidence and best practices to guide nursing decisions.
