Froedtert ThedaCare invites applications for an RN-Inpatient at our Milwaukee facility. The role covers adult inpatient care, requiring assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care in a high-acuity setting. On-site position with a 12-hour night shift and weekends on a rotating schedule.

We seek candidates with a Wisconsin RN license (or multi-state). BSN preferred; ACLS/BLS certifications required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Requires current Wisconsin RN license or multi-state compact license.
• BSN preferred; if not held, must provide proof of acceptance into BSN/MSN program with timelines.
• BLS within 90 days; ACLS within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified inpatient adult population.
• Deliver competent care and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Adhere to ANA standards and institutional policies in patient care.
