Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have graduate training in nursing and be able to work in a clinical environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
• Pre-licensure candidates may work under a Temporary Practice Permit until licensing is completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient responses.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Delegate tasks appropriately, promote teamwork, and adapt assignments based on patient acuity.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety, and organizational goals.
