Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, in accordance with established standards and policies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient education, and collaboration with physicians and staff to support safe, high-quality care in an acute setting. Evening shifts with every other weekend and holiday are typical, with opportunities for growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Ability to assess, prioritize patient needs, and work effectively within a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team activities, including patient and family education, discharge planning, and collaboration with physicians and ancillary staff.
• Provide direct care, monitor patient responses, and modify interventions as needed.
• Delegate tasks, promote teamwork, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
• Support evidence-based practices and contribute to unit and organizational goals.
