LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a clinical setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for varied patient populations.

The role requires a graduate from a specialty nursing program and emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment. Evening/night shifts with every-other weekend and holiday coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialty nursing training program (required).

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments, administer medications, and conduct diagnostic studies following policies.
• Assess patient needs within scope of practice and unit standards.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
• Evaluate nursing interventions and modify care plans based on patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
• Delegate tasks and promote teamwork, adjusting assignments as patient conditions change.
• Manage equipment troubleshooting and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Contribute to quality, safety, and organizational improvement efforts.
