Job summary

The Ohio State University East Hospital is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse Float to provide patient-centered care on the East Hospital campus. The Staff Nurse will assess and coordinate nursing care for patients, guiding a care team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

This is a part-time, intermittent role with first-shift hours, requiring a solid nursing background and Ohio licensure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program.
• Current Ohio license or interim permit.
• Experience in relevant care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Manage and provide care to patients and their families, directing and supervising nursing care provided by others on the patient care team.
