Job summary

The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute is seeking an Internal Resource Pool Nurse (RN) for the Inpatient Nursing Float Pool to support patient care across units.

The Staff Nurse will assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate, and evaluate nursing care, supervising other team members and ensuring high quality care in a dynamic hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program required.
• Current Ohio license or interim permit.
• Experience in relevant care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide care to the patient and family, directing and supervising nursing care.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate and evaluate nursing care.
