Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.

You will assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities; coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams; deliver treatments and medications; revise care plans based on responses; collaborate with physicians and staff; and promote safety and patient/family well-being.

• Graduated from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.

Responsibilities
