WMCH Weirton Medical Center is seeking a professional Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in an inpatient setting. The RN will manage patient care using the nursing process, applying clinical knowledge and independent judgment for patients under their care and care delegated to others.

The role requires active RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire, with at least one year of nursing experience.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state where services will be provided or multi-state RN license (eNLC).
• Obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Modifies patient’s plan of care based on data collection and patient’s needs.
• Uses evidence-based practice to provide patient care.
• Delegates according to scope of practice.
• Verifies the plan of care with interprofessional colleagues, patient, and caregivers.
• Provides education based on learning needs and involvement of family.
• Promotes effective communication among interprofessional team members and patients.
