Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting at Baptist Easley Med Campus. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality outcomes.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing with RN licensure and at least one year of RN experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing; a Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred.
• Equivalent nursing diploma with licensure is acceptable in lieu of a degree where applicable.
• RN licensure in good standing is required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical direction for patient care in acute inpatient settings.
• Develops and updates patient care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Performs nursing tasks within the RN scope of practice and delegates as appropriate.
