Prisma Health, Greenville Memorial Hospital, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical direction in an acute inpatient setting. This role emphasizes patient/family centered care, evidence-based nursing practices, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

The RN will lead, monitor, and adjust care plans, ensure safety and compliance, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the unit.

Formación

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: One year as a registered nurse.
• In lieu of experience: Prisma Health Nurse Residency or comparable residency accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Collects data and completes nursing assessments using age-specific standards and tools.
• Develops an individualized plan of care with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Updates the plan as patient condition changes and communicates to team.
• Provides direct care per established nursing plan and ensures quality of care.
• Delegates tasks to team members and monitors completion while maintaining safety and documentation.
