Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the state or multistate license via eNLC.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• <12 months RN experience preferred? (less than 12 months)>

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safety and continuity of care using documentation and handoff tools.
• Plans care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnoses, intervention, evaluation.
• Identifies patient safety concerns and utilizes appropriate resources.
• Delivers education tailored to individual learning needs of patients and families.
• Performs adequate patient assessments and documentation.
