Job summary

Qualifications

- Analytical abilities to assess and coordinate care.
Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes data, identifies outcomes, plans and coordinates care.
- Directs care and utilizes assistants appropriately.
- Collaborates with patient, family, physicians and staff with documented plans.
- Participates in governance, committees and unit projects.
- Evaluates patient responses and updates the plan of care accordingly.
- Uses evidence and research to guide nursing practice.
