Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) for inpatient care. The ideal candidate has prior hospital experience or a willingness to learn and will work with a diverse patient population across PAM Health facilities.

Responsibilities include routine therapy, diagnostics, emergency procedures, equipment maintenance, and phlebotomy as needed. Must hold state licensure and current BLS/ACLS certifications, with the option of growth through our Education Advancement Program.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• High school diploma, preferably an associate degree.
• Minimum one year of clinical respiratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures.
• Maintain all respiratory equipment in working order.
• Provide phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required.
