Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join our inpatient team in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient experience or a strong willingness to learn and grow within our care-focused environment.

Responsibilities include routine therapy, diagnostics, and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures, with duties also spanning equipment maintenance, phlebotomy and basic lab tests as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Blood gas licensure required if arterial procedures are performed; high school diploma acceptable, associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine respiratory therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures.
• Maintain all respiratory equipment in working order and ensure patient safety.
• Provide phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required by patients.
