Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington in Pennsylvania is hiring a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join our inpatient team. The ideal candidate will have inpatient hospital experience or a strong willingness to learn and grow in a high-acuity setting.

As a full-time employee, you will provide routine therapy, diagnostics, and emergency cardiopulmonary care, while maintaining equipment, performing phlebotomy when required, and supporting a collaborative care team

Qualifications

• Must be certified or licensed to practice respiratory care in the state of residence.
• Must possess and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures.
• Maintains all equipment in working order.
• Gives phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
