Advocate Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center Inpatient Rehabilitation team seeks a full-time Physical and Occupational Therapy Technician to support inpatient rehab services. This role includes hands-on patient care, assistive documentation, and coordination with licensed therapists.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork and patient communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting.
• EPIC experience and scheduling experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist licensed staff with Physical, Occupational, Speech, or Recreational Therapy treatments and/or paperwork.
• Supervise patient exercise programs under guidance of a therapist or assistant.
• Prepare modalities for Physical and Occupational Therapy staff.
• Transport patients and equipment as needed.
• Monitor equipment for cleanliness and operation per guidelines.
• Reinforce patient and family education as instructed.
• Copy, stock, and inventory therapy forms and supplies.
• Assist with orienting new and rotating staff.
• Provide cross-coverage across Advocate Health facilities as needed.
