Qualifikationen

• BSN required for RN role.
• Experience in acute care, rehabilitation, medical-surgical, telemetry, neuro, or orthopedic nursing preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment.

Aufgaben

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for rehab patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other professionals to support individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to support recovery goals.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, rehab strategies, and discharge planning.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Advocate for patients while promoting safety, dignity, and quality care.
