OSF HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for inpatient/ED care in a 24/7 hospital setting in Illinois. The role involves coordinating care across the care team, assessing symptoms, and supporting patients and families with compassion.

Requires current RN licensure in Illinois or Michigan and BLS; BSN is preferred. Night and weekend differentials apply, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for a 1-year commitment. This is an hourly, hospital-based position.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• License: Current RN licensure by the State Board (Illinois or Michigan).
• Licensure/Certification: American Heart Association BLS required before start.

Responsibilities

• Provides care coordination across the continuum with the multidisciplinary team.
• Assesses and supports physical symptoms; provides psychological support to patients and families.
• Mentors assigned team members; promotes best practices; maintains professional disposition at all times.
